CONDITIONS FOR OBTAINING TENDER DOCUMENTS

The tender document may be reviewed at the Purchasing Directorate of the Department of Administrative Affairs at the University address stated above. Purchasing the tender document is mandatory in order to submit a bid for the tender.

The document fee of TRY 10,000.00 (Ten Thousand Turkish Lira) must be deposited into the following bank account of Ibn Haldun University at Kuveyt Türk Participation Bank Inc., İkitelli Branch:

The payment description must include the “Bidder’s name, title, tender name, and tender number.” Bidders shall receive the tender document upon submission of the payment receipt.

TEMPORARY GUARANTEE AMOUNT

The bidder must deposit at least 3% of the total bid amount as a temporary guarantee before the tender date into the following Turkish Lira account of Ibn Haldun University at Kuveyt Türk Participation Bank Inc.:

A copy of the receipt for this payment must be submitted together with the bid documents. Bank guarantee letters equivalent to this amount and valid throughout the bid validity period shall also be accepted as temporary guarantees.
