CONDITIONS FOR OBTAINING TENDER DOCUMENTS

The tender documents may be examined at the Administrative Affairs Department, Purchasing Directorate, at the University’s address. In order to submit a bid, it is mandatory to purchase the tender documents.

The document fee of 7,500.00 TL (Seven Thousand Five Hundred Turkish Liras) must be deposited into Ibn Haldun University’s account at Kuveyt Türk Participation Bank Inc., İkitelli Branch,

When making the payment, the bidder’s name, title, tender name, and tender number must be stated. Bidders may receive the tender documents by presenting the payment receipt.

Bid Bond (Temporary Guarantee) Amount

Bidders must deposit a temporary guarantee amounting to at least 3% of the total bid price prior to the tender, in Turkish Lira, into Ibn Haldun University’s account at Kuveyt Türk Participation Bank Inc.,
IBAN: TR77 0020 5000 0943 4169 0000 31.

A copy of the payment receipt must be submitted together with the bid documents. Bank guarantee letters corresponding to this amount and valid throughout the bid validity period will also be accepted as temporary guarantees.
