The tender documents can be reviewed at the Directorate of Procurement within the Department of Administrative Affairs at our university.
In order to submit a bid, purchasing the tender documents is mandatory.
The tender document fee of 7,500.00 TL (Seven Thousand Five Hundred Turkish Lira) must be deposited into the following account of İbn Haldun University at Kuveyt Türk Participation Bank İkitelli Branch:

The payment must include the name of the bidder, company title, tender name, and tender number.
Bidders may collect the tender documents by presenting the receipt of payment.

Open Tender Procedure
The bidder must deposit at least 3% of the total bid value as a provisional guarantee into the account of İbn Haldun University at Kuveyt Türk Participation Bank:

The payment receipt must be submitted with the tender documents.
Alternatively, a bank letter of guarantee valid throughout the offer period will also be accepted.

Work experience document proving material-based catering service contracts completed within the last 5 years at public or private universities.
Public sector work experience certificates are valid.
For private contracts, documents (contracts with invoices) are acceptable.
The document must prove experience of at least 50% of the bid value in a single contract.

TS 13075 (Food transport vehicles)
TS 8985 (Rules for catering factories and mass meal kitchens)
TS 6914 (General rules for establishments producing, preparing, storing, and selling food)
TS 13027 (General rules on hygiene and sanitation)
Capacity Report from Chamber of Industry (minimum 2000 meals/person per day)
Updated ISO 9001 certificate
Updated ISO 22000 certificate
In case of conditions preventing production at the university’s central kitchen (earthquake, fire, flood, renovation, etc.), the bidder must have a backup facility within Istanbul, either owned or notarized via lease.
This facility must have a Food Production Permit or Business Registration Certificate for "Food Production" or "Meal Production"
TS 13027, TS 8985, and TS 6914 certificates must be included in the offer file
